All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, two of which can be converted into twin beds. Complete with a sitting area and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to outdoor terraces. Additionally, a secluded reading area on the second-floor terrace, all house is equipped with high-speed WIFI.

Casa Ojos Azules is located within a private and secure community, with a dedicated security booth and guard at the front gate. Situated above Playa Guiones, it is nestled within one of the world's few Blue Zones. Walk down a private road to reach the 506 Tennis Center for a game of tennis or explore another private road leading to the lower garden, ideal for daily exercise, walks, or hill runs. You can rest assured knowing that your children can easily access the tennis courts without ever leaving the property or venturing into the main road.

Upon entering Casa Ojos Azules through its large wooden swing-style main door, you are immediately greeted with an uninterrupted canopy of jungle and breathtaking ocean views. A private front garden area with an outdoor shower provides a convenient spot for rinsing off after a day at the beach or a surf session.

The first-floor master suite features an outdoor garden with a private outdoor shower and a hammock area surrounded by palm trees. The living room offers two full couches and a 70” Samsung Smart TV with access to all the streaming channels. A bathroom, a laundry room with a full-size Whirlpool Washer and Dryer, and a food pantry complete this level.

The kitchen is fully equipped, overlooking the pool, features a granite countertop island spacious enough for socializing and meal preparation on the four-burner cooktop. two dining areas, you can enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors, both offering stunning views. A separate butler's kitchen is ideal for those who wish to hire a local chef while leaving the main kitchen area open for socializing.

The outdoor dining terrace and luxurious lounge area provide shade during the warmest part of the day and feature a unique Guanacaste Wood Dining Table that seats 12, allowing you to relish your meals and breathtaking sunsets. A BBQ area on the pool deck level includes a large gas grill.

The lap pool is perfect for daily swims, floating on a pool chair, or simply relaxing on teak lounge chairs. The pool overlooks a spacious lower sun deck with additional lounge chairs and umbrellas, ideal for mid-day naps and boasting stunning ocean and sunset views. In the evening, this lower sun deck area is perfect for socializing and enjoying drinks under the stars.

With a maximum occupancy of 8, Casa Ojos Azules can comfortably accommodate four adult couples, families with kids, multi-family groups, chosen families, retreats, and special occasions. For larger groups, other houses on the 506 property, within walking distance, can be added to your booking to easily accommodate 2-3 additional families.
